Technical troubleshooting

Run into a bug or technical issue? Don’t worry – our team is on it. Submit a technical report through the app by going to Profile > Report technical issue so we can fix it fast.

Subscription, refunds, cancellation, and other questions

We aim to reply within 48 hours on weekdays, although sometimes it may take longer due to the high volume of emails. Be sure, our team will get back to you and take care of your case.
